The specific charitable initiative, the amount allocated, and the timing of any contribution shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Platform. Such allocation does not constitute a direct donation made by the purchaser to any specific organization, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Platform does not guarantee that any specific percentage of the purchase price will be contributed, nor that funds will be directed to a particular charity. Recognition as a “Patron” is honorary in nature and does not create any legal partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship between the purchaser and any charitable organization.
